QA (Question-Answer) Artificial Intelligence startup 42Maru made an announcement on the 26th of November that it was selected as Samsung Electronics startup support program ‘C Lab Outside’.
Samsung Electronics has been operating C Lab Outside, which has expended its in-house startup incubating program since 2016. C Lab Outside provides benefits such as business support fund up to a maximum of 100 Million Won for 1 year, office in Samsung Electronic's Seoul R&D office, Incubating program, opportunity to cooperate with Samsung Electronics, Samsung Developer Conference, Support to participate in overseas exhibitions and etc. for selected startups.
42Maru was selected in the field of C-Lab's "Mobile Communication" based on the outstanding technology of the "Deep Semantic QA Platform". “Deep semantic QA platform” is a technology that accurately understands the intention of a user’s question and delivers a single correct answer from a massive unstructured data set. It is advanced technology than existing search technology that delivers a list of answers. In particular, KMS, chatbots, etc. that applied the Deep Semantic QA platform can get the effect of improving work efficiency and
user satisfaction based on a high response rate. 42Maru is applying the ‘Deep Semantic QA Platform’ to various industries such as finance, automotive, telecommunications, shipbuilding and etc. Recently SK innovation implemented.
