Winners of KGCCI 5th Innovation Awards

The Korean German Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Sept. 27 successfully held its “5th KGCCI Innovation Awards” ceremony at the floating island Sebitseom in Seoul.

“We are proud to recognize companies that are leading innovation in Korea,” said Barbara Zollmann, President and CEO of KGCCI. She added that the organization will try to support the winners to use this award as a springboard to globalize their business and partner with German companies.

The “Innovation in Digitalization” award went to 42Maru which has a unique question answering system that can be applied to diverse frameworks.

Initiated in 2015, the award ceremony aims to promote innovative products, technologies and business strategies of companies, helping them excel.
